Seguramente muchos pensaban que las redes sociales serian una moda pasajera que quedaría olvidada al poco tiempo como tantos sitios que pasan a la historia (msn.com?). Pero definitivamente llegaron para quedarse y sus usos son ilimitados.

Desde el punto de vista de negocios y las marcas, las redes sociales hoy juegan un papel importantísimo, son una alternativa más económica y mucho más efectiva para ser visibles y estar cerca del consumidor. No se trata ni de banners, ni pop ups, ni correos basura, se trata de sostener conversaciones en tiempo real e interactuar con el consumidor para construir una relación más cercana y por qué no, más humana.

Actualizar contenidos, resolver dudas, lanzar promociones de último momento, contestar correos y acompañar al consumidor en sus espacios virtuales según su estilo de vida sin duda es una labor que lleva tiempo y constancia, pero por qué no intentarlo, no cuesta nada!.

Apparently some lucky folks had received a MINI for the holidays and then pitched the box the cute car came in to the curb. Pretty nice guerrilla marketing stunt, but in all reality, as a MINI Cooper S owner myself I hope MINI does a better job with recycling cardboard.

At the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show Mercedes-Benz released the new SLS AMG model. It’s their new supercar with 571 horsepower and a top speed of 300 km/h (180mph). But the real special thing about this car are the Gullwing doors. These doors make the car a real icon. To communicate this special release they created a unique billboard. Just a simple poster placed under a glass cover, but the glass doors are left open in the same style as the Gullwing doors.
